I dont know how many Mac users we have out there that want to emulate the C16/Plus 4. But as one of them I've always found emulators designed for Mac to be quite slow or not updated. Vice for instance, on a top end Macbook Pro, runs like a 4 year old in a egg and spoon race. So whilst thinking about this problem I came across a fantastic piece of software called CrossOver. In essence it allows you to run Windows exucatables at native speed on your Mac or Linux box.
So after a little playing about with a few emulators, I found Yape to be be most compatable with Cross Over. Yape in my opinion is one of the best emulators around. The results are Yape running at 100% 50FPS on my Macbook. My prays have been answered and hope this can help a few others out there with the same problem.
The process is very simple, but you do need CrossOver for Mac.
