Thanks for sharing as always and the text is perfectly readable.

Really does annoy me when people do half arsed efforts in printed magazines!!!

What they have done can only be viewed as more of an insult than anything else… They only went an used the age old lazy “crack” of the game that has not been in circulation since the last century. As you can see in the 2 page screen shot the road is yellow when it should be dark grey! Not only did I fix this and created a D64 in the early days but Csabo also had another look to make a single PRG that would now have the correct road colour. BMX Racers has been available as it should be seen for the last 12-14 years and on top of that we also have the tap image online! It really is beyond belief what a so called Retro Mag has done in 2014, words fail me they really do!!!

For anyone that wishes to see all 5 stages, (with the correct road colour) and the final goal reached then I did the honors in video form almost 2 years ago. Enjoy!

You’re absolutely right about the road colour. That yellowy green looks awful with a white bike, talk about colour clash. Where did they download this old source from? Is there a link to it from an external site via plus4world? (as they have a few). If people want the definitive versions then they should always download the version from the main plus4world server, the other links are really just there for backup and maybe not all that perfect.

Still, it’s nice to see Clarance big up our system again, and a pretty nice game to pick too :)

The mag must run the show from an old rom collection on CD or something that was bought off ebay in the early naughties for £2…

As some one else said to me else where, they should of taken more care.
